From February 7 to 14, 2025, the 9th Asian Winter Games took place in Harbin, Heilongjiang. In preparation for the event, Harbin CC&TSPM invited staff from the Games’ Preparatory Committee to provide specialized training for Christian volunteers. The training included practical exercises, aiming at enhancing the professionalism and service capabilities of the volunteers.

On January 26, 2025, Jiangsu CC conducted an ordination ceremony in Nanjing, ordaining six fellow workers from Nanjing and Yancheng. The newly ordained ministers bring fresh vitality to the pastoral team of Jiangsu Province.

The Spring Festival symbolizes the historical memory, cultural concepts and spiritual values of the Chinese nation. The Spring Festival of 2025 marked the first celebration since this traditional Chine​se festival was inscribed on the UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list.

On January 18, 2025, Zhejiang CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at the Changming Church, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City. Fourteen fellow workers were ordained as pastors and two were ordained as elders. More than 200 people, including all staff members of Yuhang CC&TSPM and leaders of CC&TSPMs in several local districts and counties, as well as believers, attended to witness this holy moment.

On December 15 and 22, 2024, Gansu CC&TSPM held ordination ceremonies at the Qin’an County Church in Tiansui City, Hongshan’gen Church in Lanzhou City, and the Baiyin District Church in Baiyin City. Rev. Kao Jianguo, Vice President and General Secretary of Gansu CC&TSPM, officiated the ceremony. Vice Pastor Wang Huling was promoted to a pastor; three fellow workers, Shi Yafeng, Wang Yonglin and Wan Sha (female), were ordained as pastors; another two female fellow workers, Niu Fenlan and Zhao Yuf

On December 15, 2024, Guangxi CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at its affiliated Emmanuel Church. Zhu Faming, Guan Ronglei, Huang Fudang, Rao Zhongli (female), and Qin Longzhi were ordained as pastors; and Huang Weidong, Li Xiulan (female) and Mo Jimao were ordained as elders.

The Bible Day of the Church in China falls on the second Saturday and Sunday of December. This year, the Bible Day was under the theme of “Reciting the Bible” on December 7 and 8, 2024.

On December 3, 2024, Inner Mongolia CC&TSPM held an ordination ceremony at the Azhen Church, Eji Horo Banner, Ordos. Jiao Lili was ordained as a pastor, and Wu Gailing (female) was ordained an elder.

On November 29, 2024, Yunnan CC&TSPM held a launch ceremony for the Bilingual Bible in Mandarin Chinese and Zaiwa Language of Jingpo Ethnicity at the Zion Church, Yingjiang County, Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture.
